Your district steward mailbox
Each district owns a steward role account — we recommend sbmaster@yourdistrict.org — so stewardship survives staff changes and never depends on one person's inbox. Your district creates and controls that mailbox.
Recommended mail rule: restrict inbound mail on that mailbox to @arkemberllc.com and your own district domains, and reject or quarantine everything else. All platform mail comes from @arkemberllc.com, so the mailbox stays free of spam, vendor solicitation and phishing while still receiving activation, renewal and support messages.
